Orange adapts its plans for 4G

4G arrives everywhere in France and Orange intends to know by unveiling its new plans for the general public. Small preview.

SFR and Orange tear each other's hair out since last November, when they both put into service package tailored 4G. However, in practice, Orange waited February to unveil its first offers "mainstream" available in 4 cities (against 7 SFR).

Now, Orange is expanding its network in 10 additional cities, as announced by Delphine Ernotte Cunci, Executive Director of Orange France, and as such carries a redesign of its offerings that are now suitable for 4G.

The Origami Play package comes in two variants:

Origami Play 2 GB: 2 GB and above services from the Internet before clamping for 40 euros / month with a new mobile and a 24-month commitment.

Origami Play 4 GB: unlimited calls to landlines in 100 international destinations (including DOM) and 4 GB quota for 60 euros in the same conditions.

But beware, these rates are valid only for 3G. As to benefit from the 4G, you will be asked to pay 1 euro per month if you agree with the operator before 31 December 2013 and 10 euros for the other, in other words for those who subscribe in 2014.

There exist two versions:

+ Version 3G: up to 14 Mbps, 50 GB of online storage and 30 TV channels.
Version 4G or H +: up to 150 Mbps (LTE category 4) or 42 Mbps connection sharing (modem), multi SIM, 50GB of storage and 40 additional channels.

Origami Jet premium benefit packages for their 4G free of charge:

Origami Jet International: same as above but 6GB Internet, as well as 2 hours of calls and 50 MB of internet from abroad, for 80 euro / month.

Origami Jet First: unlimited calls to overseas mobile 5h and 200 MB from abroad, for 160 euros / month.

Finally, whatever plan you take the calls, SMS and MMS in France will now be unlimited. Similarly, unlimited shared (three Orange customers can reach the subscriber unlimited) access to Wi-Fi hotspots and Deezer Premium will be systematically included.
